Please create a ticket in our database to ensure that you will get assistance as quickly as possible. It is very important that we have a Help Ticket created for each incident, even the minor ones. This would include any assistance, instruction or repairs on computers, laptops, devices, Smart Boards, projectors, printers, password or log in problems, email, school Google accounts, software, or any other computer related hardware or software issues.
