Dear NMPS Families and Staff:

As I shared yesterday, we continue to work with All-Star Transportation to develop solutions to our transportation needs. As an outcome of the collaboration, we are consolidating a few of the bus routes to help cut down on the number of buses that have not been able to run from day to day. Bus 15 and bus 19 routes have been eliminated. 

The following changes will go into effect on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, and will not change student bus stops, but may change student pick up or drop off time:

• If your child currently rides bus 15and attends New Milford High School,the possibilities of the new bus number, depending on the new route, are buses 8 or 10.
• If your child currently rides bus 15and attends Northville Elementary School, the possibilities are buses 10, 11 or 42.
• If your child currently rides bus 19and attendsNew Milford High School, the possibilities are buses 1, 14 or 21.
• If your child currently rides bus 19and attendsHill and Plain Elementary School,the possibilities are buses 1, 31 PM only, 34 or bus 37.

We have communicated these changes to each affected school directly and have updated the bus routes in our database. As Tuesday, January 18, 2022 will be the first day of implementing these changes, we ask for your patience and understanding as runs may be slightly delayed.

Bus transportation is provided by All-Star Transportation, which operates more than 50 buses to transport children to our schools.
